The "BusinessCarduino", the Arduino-compatible business card

As a point of difference when meeting new clients, and helping promote their business which includes interactive Arduino-based displays the team from Interactive Objects in the Netherlands have created a fantastic business card that not only contains the usual contact information - but is also a PCB for an Arduino-compatible board.

The "card" is 0.5mm PCB which has copper for the lettering instead of silk-screen, which offers a clearer and flashier form of text display. This is certainly an imaginative method of keeping your business in the minds of potential clients, or at least an interesting take on a minimalist Arduino-compatible board.

For more information and the Cadsoft EAGLE files to recreate your own version, check out the Interactive Objects website. And for more, we're on twitter and Google+, so follow us for news and product updates as well.

If you're wanting to make your own Arduino-compatible business cards, you'll need an ATmega328P MCUs with Arduino Uno bootloader:

This is the same Atmel AVR ATmega328P microcontroller used in the official Arduino Uno, as well as our ElevenEtherTenUSBDroid, and other boards. Perfect for building your own Arduino-compatible project directly on a breadboard or on a custom PCB, or for replacing the MCU in an existing board. Comes with the Arduino Uno bootloader pre-installed. Better still, it even has a special label stuck on top with details of the pinout, so you don't even need to look up the datasheet when connecting it up in your project!
